This cutting-edge Dual-Frequency RAINFC Laundry RFID Tag has been specifically designed to meet the evolving demands of the fashion and apparel industry.

Similar to UHF RFID applications, the HLT-RN Series excels in fast, long-distance, bulk reading for inventory and identification purposes across various stages of production, logistics, warehouses, and retail. Notably, this tag is not limited to traditional RFID devices; it can also be effortlessly read by any NFC-enabled mobile phone.

Embedded seamlessly within textiles, the HLT-RN Series RFID tag not only satisfies the rapid and distant reading requirements but also integrates NFC functionality. End-users can tap into the tag’s NFC capabilities with their smartphones, facilitating quick communication and seamless information retrieval from the brand’s cloud servers – starting from the moment the user receives the product until its final use. This innovative tag serves as a Digital Product Passport, encompassing all essential functionalities.

Impressively, the HLT-RN series RFID laundry tag is engineered to withstand industrial dyeing processes, as well as domestic and commercial washing challenges, ensuring durability and longevity.

The tag’s structure features a 10mm dual-frequency RFID module, EM4425 Chip, and two antennas for NFC and UHF. The UHF far-field antenna, crafted from stitched stainless-steel string, is assembled on fabric as a substrate using TPU adhesive, enduring 100 cycles of industrial washing. The NFC read range is within 1-2cm, while the UHF reading distance extends up to 5 meters, making it possible to scan 500-1000 pieces of textiles in seconds.

The HLT-RN series RFID laundry tag can be heat-sealed or sewn onto textile assets for lifecycle digital tracking. Variable data, such as QR codes, barcodes, text, and logos, can be printed on tags or individually pouched in woven bags. Notably, the tag is heat-resistant up to 200°C, pressure-resistant up to 40 bars, and compliant with OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100.
